I enjoyed breathtaking sunset views from my Double Room Volcano View, which made every evening feel like a dream. The service was unbeatable. a personalized welcome with refreshing drinks and cool towels set the perfect tone for relaxation. Exploring the local area was a breeze with the convenient shuttle service to Oia, allowing me to soak in all the stunning sights without any hassle.

Two pools, including a heated one, elevate the experience, especially for families. Proximity to a grocery store makes it easy to grab snacks, and the caldera views add a stunning backdrop, although rooms facing the busy road can be noisy.

The hotel exhibits signs of aging, like chipped furniture and dated bathroom fixtures that hint at a need for renovation. The breakfast is basic, lacking variety, and the dining options for lunch and dinner offer little choice, leaving guests wanting more. Being about a 10-15 minute walk from Fira can feel taxing in hot weather, especially since the closest beaches are on the opposite side of the island. Additionally, the limited soundproofing in rooms allows for traffic noise, which can detract from comfort during sleep.

I stayed for 7 nights. The volcano view from my room was stunning. The staff provided exceptional service. Breakfast had a wide variety for all diets. The large pool area was perfect for relaxation. 🌅

The staff went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was taken care of, especially the attentive service at the pool. Tasty thin crispy fries during meals added to the delightful dining experience. A slight disappointment was the cold pool water, which could have been warmer during the early season.

Unfortunately, the bathroom fixtures appeared dated, and cleanliness in some areas could have been improved. Noise from the road made sleep a bit of a challenge at times.
